• As requested my step to step eyebrow tutorial using eyebrow powder • 1) I start with lining the underneath of my brow. I alternate between a light and dark shade. I use the lighter shade at the head of my eyebrow and the darker for the remainder. 2) I extend the tail of my brow and begin by filling it in then I outline the top of my brow skipping the head. 3) I fill in the remainder of my brows hiding any gaps and lightly fill the head of my brow following the hairs natural growth. 4) I then comb, set and highlight the underneath accentuating the bridge by jac.e.carlyle
